１１月２日以降のお支払いはクレジットカードのみとなります。
2009年10月26日までのキャンセルは全額返金いたします。
2009年10月27日～11月1日までのキャンセルは参加費の20％をいただきます。
2009年11月2日以降のキャンセルは、参加費の返金はいたしかねますので予めご了承下さい。
キャンセル及び、ご登録内容の変更は必ず登録事務局までメールでご連絡ください。

All registrations submitted on or after 11/2/2009 must be paid by credit card (PayPal).
Cancellations made prior to 10/26/2009 will be accepted without charge.
Cancellations made between the dates of 10/27 - 11/1/2009 will incur a charge equal to 20% of the registration price.
Parties cancelling on or after 11/2/2009 will be held responsible for paying the full price of registration.
All changes and cancellations must be submitted by email.
