Customer Service Representative Career Opportunity Highlights
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing quality service and support to
customers regarding the operations and technical aspects of the software. The Customer
Service Representative will provide accurate and efficient communication and management of
issues generated from customers and may utilize the help desk ticket system by inputting,
updating and closing tickets. Creating end-user and internal documentation will help other
employees in solving problems and navigating the software. Attending trade shows or reading
trade show magazines will keep employees in this position up to date on current information
about computers, systems, and software.
The Customer Service Representative should have prior experience in a customer service
environment and be able to deal with customers and handle stressful situations in a professional
manner. They should have a basic knowledge of all Microsoft operating systems as well as all
Microsoft Office products. The ability to support non-technical users with technical issues and be
able to clearly explain any computing terms is important in this position. The Customer Service
Representative will have excellent communication skills for working with customers and other
team members in house.
